29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by warning line system and safety monitoring system. a) 1 The Circle, Georgetown, DE - Employees engaged in low-slope roofing activities were not protected from a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet by a warning line and safety monitoring system. This violation was observed on or about May 30, 2013. Wilkinson Roofing and Siding Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314239724, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 560 Fishing Creek Rd., Lewisberry, Pa 17339.
