29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   Employees replacing the roof on a two story house with a 10 in 12 pitch, located 206 S Eddy St, Fort Scott, KS 66701, were exposed to fall hazards of 20' eave to ground in that fall protection was not used.
