29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers or with the product identifier and pictures, symbols or combination thereof which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. On and before 05/08/2013, diesel gasoline which was removed from a vehicle that was serviced at the shop was placed in four (4) empty 5gal. plastic containers. The containers, which previously contained hydraulic fluid, were not re-labeled to identify the new contents.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: On and before 05/08/2013 to minimize exposure to nuisance dust while servicing various types of motor vehicles, an employee provided his own filtering face-pieces (dust-mask) for use at the facility.
