29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:   (a)Earl Construction LLC at 17948 E. 105th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022:  On June 3, 2013, as the exposing employer, did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing operations on a roof with a 4 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to at least approximately 14 feet.    Earl Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 512158, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 12, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 11050 Sylvan Ct., Parker, CO 80134.
