29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not implement procedures to manage changes to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures, and changes to facilities that affect a covered process:   On or about June 2, 2013, Nova-Kem employed a control panel for its distillation operations at its facility which was installed without the implementation of its MOC procedures to assure a proper review, approval and authorization of such a change in equipment.  The employer did not assess the impact of the change on safety and health.   CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
