29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Located along various areas of the 5 in 12 or greater pitched residential roof deck in lieu of conventional fall protection the employer did not utilize an alternative fall protection plan nor comply with Appendix E Subpart M fall protection while and employee was observed engaged in unprotected edge roof sheeting associated operations exposing the employee to fall potentials in excess of 19".    Ponder Construction was previously cited for a violation of theis Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 589195, citation number 1, Item number 1, issued on September 5, 2012.
