29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   A.) C.A. Norris, LLC, 8205 Peach Street, Erie, PA  16509, canopy area, on or about June, 5, 2013 and times prior thereto: Head protection was not utilized by company personnel.  Personnel were potentially exposed to falling objects from construction work operations taking place in elevated locations above the ground.  These locations included but were not limited work from aerial lifts and the top of the canopy.
