29 CFR 1926.701(b):   All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:   a) Chalfont-New Britain Joint Sewage Treatment Plant, Oxidation Ditch, Excavation #1 -- On or about May 17, 2013, an employee was working near the opening of an excavation with uncapped rebar, exposing employees to an impalement hazard.    b) Chalfont-New Britain Joint Sewage Treatment Plant, Storming Settling Tank, Excavation #2 -- On or about May 17, 2013, an employee was working near the opening of an excavation with uncapped rebar.
