29 CFR 1926.352(d): Suitable fire extinguishing equipment was not immediately available in the work area(s) where welding, cutting, or heating was being performed:     a)  Center Stairs, Second level - Workers were exposed to a fire hazard for portable fire extinguishers were not immediately available to an Oxygen and Acetylene cutting operation, on or about 05/22/2013.       Pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Multi-employer Work Site policy, this contractor was the Exposing, Correcting and Creating employer.

29 CFR 1926.350(j): Section 10.8.4.10 American National Standards Institute Z49.1-1967 as adopted by 29 CFR 1926.350(j): Cylinder valves were not closed wherever the equipment is not in use:     a)  Center Stairs, Second Level - Workers were exposed to a fire hazard from an Oxygen and Acetylene torch which did not have its Oxygen or fuel gas turned off while left unattended, on or about 05/22/2013.     Pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Multi-employer Work Site policy, this contractor was the Exposing, Correcting and Creating employer.
