29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:   a)  1 Mill Street, Roof Top, Back Side of Flat Roof, Newton, NJ.   Employee was observed working of the flat roof top without the any means of fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazard of 20 feet to the ground.                                          Violation observed on or about 06/04/2013.   Rosselli Roofing & Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number, 743922, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, issued on 01/18/2013 and a final order date of 02/14/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 1 Mill Street, Newton, NJ.
