29 CFR 1910.213(a)(12): The portion of circular saw(s) beneath or behind the table, where there was a possibility of contact with the saw, was not covered with a guard or exhaust hood:  At the time of the inspection, the "Bob Hanna" double end cut saw was operated without a guard which would prevent the operator from coming into contact with the 24 inch circular saw baldes.  Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
