(a)East exterior of the home: on or about June 6, 2013, and at times prior thereto, two employees installing lath and prepping for stucco using a JIT Pneumatic Stapler worked without adequate eye protection.   NOTE: Abatement certification IS required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings shall be level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement.   a) West exterior of the home, on or about June 6, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees installing lath and prepping for stucco were working on a 3 foot wide welded frame scaffold that had mudsills set on uneven foundations.    NOTE: Abatement certification IS NOT required for this item.
