29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about May 27, 2013 during construction activities including; the installation of roofing material on a residential apartment building the employer did not ensure employees working on a low-slope roof, 4/12 pitch, approximately 18 to 20 feet (2 and1/2 stories) above the ground were protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or other form of fall protection system.
