29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:    (a)  In the receiving warehouse / infant tunnel, the employer did not ensure that storage shelves were secured properly to prevent accidental displacement. On or about June 4, 2013, an employee suffered head injuries from two falling shelves.       Walmart Stores Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.176(b)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314539800, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 6244 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45459.
