29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):   A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)  800 Ocean Terrace,  Seaside Heights NJ: The employees exposed to fall hazards at approximately 15 feet to the ground surface below were not using a body belt and a lanyard and were not attached to the articulated boom or basket of the JLG aerial lift, model #1250AJP, Serial# 0300144792 while painting the front of a commercial building, observed on or about 5/29/2013.
