Employees  were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below while performing replacement of a roof on a residence, observed on or about 05/30/2013.   b) The employer failed to provide documentaion and certificaiton for abatment of citation 1 item 2b in which:  Company employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground surface below and did not have fall protection training.  The employees were replacing a roof on a residence under renovation.  Occurred on or about 05/30/2013.
