29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  This violation occurred on June 3, 2013, at a workplace located at 10333 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75231; where at least four (4) employees were observed working on a commercial roof without the use of fall protection.  SQUARE S ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLYCITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311946651, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/27/2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 200 S. BONNIE BRAE STREET, DENTON, TX 76201.
