29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not  independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee.    An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while performing roofing activities and the anchorage point used was also used to support roof bracket scaffolding.
