29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. a) An employee was working on the north side of the house under a pump jack scaffold while work from the scaffold was being done exposing him to falling debris, on or about 06/11/13. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is completed, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
