29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a) Roof Top of New Building - On or about June 12, 2013 employee was exposed to a fall hazard when standing on the edge of the rooftop while loading several 2 x 8 boards on a forklift. The employee was wearing a harness but it was not connected to an anchor . Another employee was holing the lanyard to prevent the employee from falling.      The Premier Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311041503, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 18, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 3260 Lawrenceville Suwance Road, Suwanee, GA 30024.
