The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp were not provided where the exit route was not substantially level.   a.) Dressing Rooms, Bathroom Area - On or about June 12, 2013, The emergency exit for retail sales employees and tailors working in the back room of the store was blocked by a rack of men's suits, exposing employees to increased exit time in the event of a fire.
