29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about April 23, 2013:  Employees performing roofing operations on a 10 in 12 pitch roof at 210 Summer Hill Circle in Stockbridge, Georgia were exposed to fall hazards of 7 feet at the eaves and 19 feet at the roof peak.   The employees were not tied off.   (a)  The employee sitting on a stack of shingles at the edge of the roof peak was exposed to a fall hazard of 19 feet.    (b)  The employee sitting at the center of the roof ridge was exposed to a fall hazard at the eaves of 7.8 feet.
