29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(v):    Employee(s) approached a mechanical felling operation closer than two tree lengths of the trees being felled without the machine operator acknowledging that it was safe to do so:  a)  11 Barbara Street, Oak Ridge, NJ.  The employer did not ensure that before each tree is felled using the John Deere Excavator that the distance of an approaching employee to the felling operation was at least 2 tree lengths from the felling operation.                                       Violation observed on or about 05/06/2013.
