29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.   On or about 06/13/2013 at 2150 White Sulphur Road, Gainesville, GA: While installing metal roofing panels, four employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 21 feet to the lower level.

On or about 06/13/2013 at 2150 White Sulphur Road, Gainesville, GA: Employees were exposed to a 21 foot fall hazard when they exited the safety of the scissor lift to climb onto the roof.
