29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) On or about 6/13/13 - in the Machine Shop, the rotating chuck and point of operation were not guarded on the manual Victor 1640H lathe.    (b) On or about 6/13/13 - in the Machine Shop, the rotating chuck and point of operation were not guarded on the manual American Turnmaster 15x50 lathe.    (c) On or about 6/13/13 - in the Machine Shop, the rotating chuck and swarf were not guarded on the Jet JDP-17MF drill press.    (d) On or about 6/13/13 - in the Machine Shop, the rotating chuck and swarf were not guarded on the Jet JDP-14J drill press.    (e) On or about 6/13/13 - in the Machine Shop, the rotating chuck and swarf were not guarded on the Delta 15-120 drill press.    (f) On or about 6/13/13 - in the Machine Shop, the rotating chuck and swarf were not guarded on the Duro Power Tool WPS 3080 drill press.    (g) On or about 6/13/13 - in the Machine Shop, the rotating chuck and point of operation were not guarded on the manual Midland lathe identified by the War Department tag M-23518.
