29 CFR 1910.94(c)(7)(iii)(b): A pressure gage shall be installed to show the pressure drop across the filters. This gage shall be marked to show the pressure drop at which the filters require cleaning or replacement. Filters shall be replaced or cleaned whenever the pressure drop across them becomes excessive or whenever the air flow through the face of the booth falls below that specified in Table G-10. Location: Facility The employees were exposed to health hazards where the spray paint booth used for priming did not have a pressure gage with a mark to show the pressure drop at which the filters required cleaning or replacement.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Location: Facility Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards due to the fact that several (5) cylinders containing compressed gas were not restrained, in violaiton of Section 3.4.4 of the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer, the employer shall establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures. The program shall be updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affect respirator use. Location: Facility Employees were issued half-face negative pressure respirators for use during spraying operations. They had not been medically evaluated prior to being issued these respirators, nor had they been fit-tested.
