Section 5 (a) (1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the recognized hazards of being struck-by falling vehicles that do not have tires properly chocked to ensure vehicles cannot roll off portable drive-on ramps:      On or about June 19, 2013 at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees placed wheel chocks in front of and behind wheels to ensure that vehicles does not roll off portable drive-on ramps, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck-by and crushed by vehicles.
