29 CFR 1910.144(a)(3): Physical hazards such as: striking against, stumbling, falling, tripping, and "caught in between" were not marked in yellow to designate caution. 1) WET PLANT RECEIVING: The piping that crossed the platform walkway, near the trash bucket elevator discharge, was not marked in yellow. 2) ADS DRYER BLDG.: Uni-strut conduit supports protruding into the aisles between the ADS dryers and exposing employees to bump/strike hazards were not marked in yellow. 3) KANANI MILL: The elevator disconnect switches, at the rear of the sizer bucket, were not marked in yellow. 4) KANANI MILL: The changes in elevation, between operator walkway platforms, were not marked in yellow. 5) KANANI MILL: Physical hazards on the elevated platforms such as piping, girders, changes in elevation of platform mechanical equipment and other protrusions were not marked in yellow.
