29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel: (a) Northeast wall of the Press Room that separates the Press Room and Cleaning Room, 520 Matthews Boulevard, South Williamsport, PA - Employee access to overcurrent devices (electrical panels) for the overhead lights, fans, crane and auxiliary equipment was blocked by an electric stove, work bench, boxes and a drum. Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency, as observed on or about June 19, 2013. (b) Southeast wall of the Cleaning Room that separates the Cleaning Room and outside, 520 Matthews Boulevard, South Williamsport, PA - Employee access to overcurrent devices (electrical panels) for the vibratory deburring and metal cleaning equipment was blocked by a cabinet, barrels and a computer monitor. Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency, as observed on or about June 19, 2013. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
