29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage had to be made: (a) RECEIVING WAREHOUSE - Employees operated and used fork lifts to store and retrieve HVAC parts and equipment in an aisle way where sufficient clearance was not provided, thereby exposing employees to possible injuries, on or about June 19, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
