29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items of this section:    (a)  Company energy control procedures, work facilitities located throughout company operating vicinity, on or about June 18, 2013, energy control procedures had not been implemented or utilized to control hazardous energy for removing and repairing electrical motors and equipment.      The Alvin Wynn Electric Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910. 332(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 310993977, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 4/19/10, with respect to a workplace located at 138 Colony Dr., Fitzgerald, GA.
