29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i):     The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:    a) Sherman Hills: Employees were exposed to blood and/or other potentially infectious materials when they cleaned blood/bodily fluids from vacant apartments, performed crime scene cleanup, removed contaminated syringes from the facility's grounds, and performed random cleanup of blood/bodily fluids found on the facility's grounds and the employer did not establish a written exposure control plan for bloodborne pathogens, on or about 06/21/2013.
