29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 6/19/13 at the Doty Hall Renovation project located at SUNY Geneseo, Geneseo, New York; employees were installing a metal roof that had a pitch of approximately 12/12 on a 3 story building. Employees were working beyond of the scaffold catch platform without fall protection.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
