29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was used for storage:   a) Draka Cableteq USA, Inc. Bridgewater, NJ facility - Building 3: The 480 volts electrical panel was not maintained free of storage, in that, storage materials such as, a wood pallet, cardboard boxes and a garbage container containing wood obstructed the access way.     Condition noted on/or about July 9, 2012.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, the identity of the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, and the date the hazard assessment was done:   a) Draka Cableteq USA, Inc. Bridgewater, NJ facility - Throughout facility:  Employees were exposed to chemical and physical hazards in the workplace.  The Employer has assessed the hazards, provided personal protective equipment, but has not documented the evaluation in a written certification.   Condition noted on/or about July 9, 2012.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    a) Draka Cableteq USA, Inc. Bridgewater, NJ facility - Building 3: The Employer did not ensure that a fire extinguisher was readily accessible in case of an emergency.  A wood pallet and cardboard boxes were placed in front of the fire extinguisher, blocking access to it.      Condition noted on/or about July 9, 2013.
