29 CFR 1910.1096(i)(2): All individuals working in or frequenting any portion of radiation area(s) were not advised of reports of radiation exposure which employees may request pursuant to the regulations in 29 CFR 1910.1096:       a) East Brunswick Dental Studio, LLC, East Brunswick, NJ Employees enter and/or work in Examination Room 2 each day where the Belray 096 (SN: C12147) x-ray unit is located and used,  adjacent to Examination Room 1, 3 and associated hallway, in performance of duties such as, but not limited to assisting in patient exam, cleaning, conducting x-ray radiography, etc.  Each employee who has occasion to enter the radiation area was not informed of the existence of prior radiation exposure report(s) and their right of access to the report(s).       Condition noted on/or about June 27, 2013.
