29 CFR 1910.242(a): Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition.   On or about June 23, 2013, at a residential job site, an employee utilized an ECHO chainsaw to remove branches and tree limbs within a tree.  The chain saw was used without a protective anti-kickback guard exposing the employee to amputation hazards.
