29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):    Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:      (a) On or about June 25, 2013 at work location 816 SW 36 th Street Lees Summit Missouri 64082. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a roof at heights greater than 19 feet without adaquate fall protection.        No abatement required.

Employyes were exposed to a fall hazard while using stairs with a top rail that meassured  approximately 4 feet (48 inches) from the stairs.     No abatement required.
