(2) Employee(s) performing grinding operations were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to particulate matter generated during the removal of excess material from sinks.  Personal air monitoring conducted on 24 July 2013 during an 8-hour work shift indicated that grinder(s) were exposed to Chromium Metal [up to 0.112 mg/m3]; Manganese [up to 0.011 mg/m3]; Nickel [up to 0.033 mg/m3]; Iron Oxide [up to 0.634 mg/m3].
