29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv)(A): The employer did not have records to reflect changes in technology that eliminate or reduce exposure to bloodborne pathogens:  a) Saint Vincent's Nursing Home, 315 Lindsley Road, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009.  The employer could not provide records that indicated that they were up to date with engineering controls/safer medical technologies to lower employee exposure to bloodborne pathogens.  Employee exposures include but are not limited to insulin shot administration.  Condition observed on or about 6/28/2013.

29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv)(B): The employer did not document annually consideration and implementation of appropriate commercially available and effective safer medical devices designed to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure.  a) Saint Vincent's Nursing Home, 315 Lindsley Road, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009.  The employer did not document in their Exposure Control Plan that safer medical devices were reviewed and considered on an annual basis to reduce employee exposure to bloodborne pathogens.  Employee exposures include but are not limited to insulin shot administration.  Condition observed on or about 6/28/2013.
