29 CFR 1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons was not adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies were not readily available.    a)  On site,On or before June 26, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees working at the Blue North Forest Products mill providing security services were not trained in first aid and did not have adequate first aid supplies available in case of an injury or accident.     Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
