29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided.       (a) Plata Construction @ 9039 Shenandoah St., Firestone, CO 80520: On and before June 15th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a second floor intermediate roof on a single-family home. Employees were working on the roof engaged in sheathing operations not protected from falls in excess of 6 feet. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet.
