OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees     An employee was exposed to fall hazards while using damaged fiberglass ladders.        a) An 8 foot HUSKY fiberglass stepladder in service and it had missing or unreadable labels, a bent rear rung, and it had been repairs using bolted on angle iron to fix both the right and left rear side rails.        b) A 12 foot Werner fiberglass ladder had been drilled and angle iron bolted on to repair the right rear side rail of the ladder.
