29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   Employees were exposed to potential eye damage when the employer did not provide an emergency eyewash station that was accessible, properly adjusted, and capable of being operated as required under ANSI Z.358.1-2009.  Employees use corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to, Sikaflex 221, and the employer did not provide an emergency eyewash station as required by the standard(s).
