29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites:   (a). Worksite located at I-70 Outer Road, Odessa, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that employees were using electrical tools without the use of a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).

29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3): Each connector working at heights over 15 and up to 30 feet above a lower level, was not provided with a personal fall arrest system, positioning device system or fall restraint system and wear the equipment necessary to be able to be tied off; or was not provided with other means of protection from fall hazards in accordance with paragraph (a)(1) of this section:   (a). Worksite located at I-70 Outer Road, Odessa, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking near leading edges without the use of any means of fall protection.
