29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: (a) Jobsite: 2617- 2621 Josephine Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203: On or before July 2, 2013, employees conducting roofing activities were exposed electrical shock and arcing part hazards in that a 2460 volt AC field phase conductor was located within approximately 6 feet 2 inches of the structure at roof level.
