In addition, several containers of waste oil, used for heating, were stored within 5-8 feet of the oxygen cylinders.

There were several one gallon containers with materials such as hydraulic fluids, anti-freeze and oils that were not labeled as to what they contained.  Employees fill the containers and transport them in their vehicles and there are no labels as to what product is contained inside.
