29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii)  Grounding. Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container electrically interconnected, bonded and grounded:   (Where the metallic floor plate on which the container stands while filling is electrically connected to the fill stem or where the fill stem is bonded to the container during filling operations by means of a bond wire, the provisions of this section shall be deemed to have been complied with.)    In the chemical storage room, the 55-gallon drum of isopropyl alcohol stored in the flammable storage cabinet and dispensed approximately twice per week, was not grounded and bonded.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    In the Bindery department the cord servicing the Challenge drill press used approximately 2-3 times per week was pulled away from the plug approximately 1 1/2 inches, resulting in lack of strain relief.
