This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(iv): Every inside storage room was not provided with either a gravity or a mechanical exhaust ventilation system. Such system was not designed to provide for a complete change of air within the room at least six times per hour: a) At the facility, in the liquid and aerosol Hazmat rooms, where there were no ventilation systems installed to provide an adequate change of air per hour. This condition exposed the employees to an explosion hazard.
