29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(a):  a) On or about July 9, 2013, in the sign shop, for the Milwaukee 8" saw that was being powered by an ungrounded extension cord that was wrapped around the steel supports of the building.
