29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:    a. At the business, where saws and conveyors were used to produce wood products, and where maintenance (repair, adjustment, clearing jams) was done on saws and other equipment, such as sharpening and changing blades, a lockout program was not developed and implemented, including applying lock(s) by all individuals involved in the maintenace work, documenting training, annually reviewing (and documenting), and putting the program in writing.    Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
